Meet Our Walking Club Instructor

Samantha Eloy is a dedicated public health professional and wellness advocate with a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a lifelong passion for helping women live healthier, more active lives. As a former collegiate track athlete, she brings both expertise and personal experience in movement, endurance, and goal-setting to every walking session. Currently working within a women’s health medical practice, Samantha integrates evidence-based health principles with a supportive, community-focused approach to fitness. She understands the unique health needs women face across all life stages—from stress management and weight balance to hormonal health and cardiovascular wellness. Her approach to leading the walking club is both motivating and inclusive, creating a space where participants feel encouraged, empowered, and connected. Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or looking to stay consistent, she is committed to helping every member move with purpose and confidence.
