Centered
Be Well Centered Yoga is a wellness program created by Be Well Women’s Health to help individuals nurture their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga. Led by a certified instructor, Jennifer Lipari, in a welcoming and supportive environment, each class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Whether you are new to yoga or have years of experience, Be Well Centered offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and prioritize self-care. Our goal is to empower participants to cultivate healthier lifestyles, find inner balance, and build a strong foundation for overall wellness-one breath, one movement, and one class at a time.

About The Program
☐ Starting June 3rd. 4 weekly yoga sessions (45–60 minutes each)
☐ Expert instruction from Jennifer Lipari
☐ Focus on core strength, balance, and stability
☐ Mindfulness and breathwork practices
☐ Yoga mat provided (optional to bring your own)
☐ Supportive and welcoming environment
☐ Improve flexibility and mobility
☐ Build core strength and stability
☐ Enhance mind-body awareness
☐ Reduce stress and improve focus
☐ Feel more centered, grounded, and energized
☐ Develop a sustainable wellness practice
☐ Practice Patients: $100 for 4 weeks
☐ Community Members: $160 for 4 weeks
☐ HSA/FSA eligible (receipt available upon request)
☐ May qualify with a Letter of Medical Necessity

Our Goal
The goal of Be Well Centered is to help participants build core strength, improve balance and stability, reduce stress, and develop greater body awareness through guided yoga and mindfulness practices. Through small-group instruction and personalized support, we aim to create an accessible, welcoming environment where every participant feels encouraged, confident, and centered on their wellness journey.
